OHIO MORTGAGE - MARRIED
MARY MORTGAGOR, being married, of 123 4TH STREET, City of
CLEVELAND, County of GROVER, State of OHIO, for $123456.78 ( one
hundred twenty three thousand four hundred fifty six & 78/100
dollars) paid, grants, with mortgage covenants, to FIFTH
NATIONAL BANK, of 234 5TH STREET, City of GROVER, County of
CLEVELAND, State of OHIO, the following real property in the
County of GROVER, State of Ohio:

This mortgage is given, on the statutory condition, to secure the
payment of $123456.78 ( one hundred twenty three thousand four
hundred fifty six & 78/100 dollars) with interest as provided in
note of even date.
"Statutory condition" is defined in Section 5302.14 of the
Revised Code and provides generally that if mortgagor pays the
principal and interest secured by this mortgage, performs the
other obligations secured hereby and the conditions of any prior
mortgage, pays all the taxes and assessments, maintains insurance
against fire and other hazards, and does not commit or suffer
waste, then this mortgage shall be void.
MIKE MORTGAGOR, the husband of mortgagor, releases to mortgagee
all rights of dower therein.
